Great deal on Z8 bike

I was looking for a Moped-Style Electric Bike for a while and found the Z8 on Riding Times. They had a discount going on, saved me about $150 which was a nice surprise. Shipping took about 8 days to get to my place in Toronto. The bike is solid, feels well built. Definitely got good value for my money.

GT73 Pro and accessories

I ordered the GT73 Pro Electric Motorbike along with a Rear Rack and Storage Bag. The order process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out in two separate packages, which was fine. The motorbike itself arrived in about 10 days to Vancouver, and the accessories a couple days later. Assembly for the bike was more involved than I expected, but manageable with the instructions. The quality of the bike seems good, very sturdy. I had a question about charging the battery and customer support responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. The rack and bag fit perfectly. So far, a good experience overall.

Good bike, easy to get

I got the Commuter E-Bike last month. It came pretty quick, like within a week. Setup was easy enough, just put on some pedals. Been using it for work, it's been great. No complaints.

Nice bike, delivery was ok

I bought the Fat Tire Electric Bike from Riding Times. The bike itself is fantastic, it handles really well on different terrains, and the motor is powerful. I liked that they offered a small discount for signing up for their newsletter, which helped a bit. Delivery took about 9 days to Montreal, which felt a little long, but it arrived safely. The box was a bit beat up on one corner, but the bike inside was fine. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status. Overall happy with the purchase, just wish delivery was a tiny bit faster.

Thinking of getting a Moped-Style E-Bike but also looking at Rad Power. Any thoughts on how Riding Times compares? Are they similar quality?

S Sarah 1 month ago
Riding Times feels more heavy duty to me, especially the motor. My buddy has a Rad Power and it's good, but mine just feels more robust for off-road stuff too.

They're both solid, but Riding Times usually has better suspension options for the price point, if that's something you care about. Rad is good for basic commuting though.

Hey, wondering about the GT73 Pro. Are there ever any decent discounts on that model? It's a bit pricey for me right now.

S Sarah 1 month ago
Yeah, they usually have sales on it. I got mine last Black Friday for like $200 off. Also saw a discount on it around Father's Day, I think.

They do first-order discounts sometimes too if you sign up for their newsletter. Not sure if it applies to that specific bike, but worth a shot.

can you use more than one coupon code at checkout? got a first order discount but also saw an ad for a spring sale code.

C Colin 4 weeks ago
Nah, they only let you use one code per order. Tried it myself with a bundle deal and a newsletter code, didn't work.

It's always just one, pretty standard for most online stores unfortunately. Pick the best one!

anyone know how long shipping usually takes for the e-bikes? I'm in Toronto and wanna get one before summer really kicks in.

M Mia W. 1 month ago
Mine took about a week and a half to get to Vancouver. They ship from within Canada so it's usually not too bad.

I'm in Montreal, got my scooter in 8 days. Not sure if the bikes are different, but usually pretty quick for a big item.

what's the deal with returns? if I buy a bike and it's not what I expected, can I send it back without a huge hassle?

C Chris C. 1 month ago
I returned an accessory once, it was pretty straightforward. Had to pay for shipping though, afaik for bikes it's similar but a bigger pain cause of size.

Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month. Just make sure you keep the original packaging, they're pretty strict on that.
